Nikki Rose, President, Printing & Labeling Solutions
Nikki brings a blend of Midwest grit and California creativity to her leadership at Choice Label. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she began her career on the retail floor and worked her way up to regional manager of multiple beauty supply chains. Along the way, she built strong teams, lasting relationships, and a reputation for excellence. Her move to Southern California in 2000 opened the door to the label and printing industry, where she helped grow a startup from the ground up before founding Choice Label Inc. in 2016.
Family, resilience, and community have always shaped Nikki’s life. Her journey from Ohio to California and eventually to Arizona reflects her commitment to creating opportunities for herself and the people she loves. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and finding joy in the everyday moments that keep her grounded. Whether she’s traveling, relaxing at home, or discovering new hobbies, Nikki brings the same warmth and curiosity to her personal life that she brings to her work.
Today, Nikki leads Choice Label with a service‑first mindset and a dedication to long‑standing customer relationships. She is known for going the extra mile to secure the best pricing and product options for every client’s unique needs. Her leadership style is hands‑on, relationship‑driven, and deeply invested in helping customers feel supported from start to finish, making Choice Label a trusted partner nationwide.
Tyler Dunkhase, Parking & Transportation Division Manager
Tyler’s journey has been shaped by perseverance, family values, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Born in Ohio and raised in California, he eventually chose to build his adult life in Arizona, where he continues to proudly call home today. His early career path reflects a strong foundation in precision, accountability, and service, beginning with his work as an Arizona State Certified Pharmacy Technician and later as a Bank Fraud Specialist. These roles strengthened his attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to navigate complex situations with care and integrity.
Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted father who enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and creating meaningful experiences with his family. He values honesty, hard work, and loyalty, and those principles guide both his home life and his professional approach. Whether he’s exploring Arizona, spending time with loved ones, or finding new ways to grow personally and professionally, Tyler brings a steady, grounded presence to everything he does.
Today, Tyler serves as the Parking & Transportation Division Manager at Choice Label, where he combines his diverse background with his commitment to helping people. He focuses on operational support, customer care, and continuous improvement, ensuring every client receives reliable, thoughtful service. Tyler believes that with determination, growth, and a shared vision, there is no limit to what the Choice Label team can accomplish together.
Erica Marie, Fractional CFO & COO
Erica was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and discovered her love for accounting as a teenager when her mom first introduced her to the world of numbers. She found comfort in the clarity of debits and credits and the way balance sheets always had to balance. Early customer service and retail roles strengthened her communication skills, creative problem‑solving, and relationship‑first approach. With nearly 20 years of experience, and an honors degree from SNHU, Erica is known for holding the long‑term vision while still focusing on the day‑to‑day steps needed to get there.
Erica is also a devoted mother to four daughters who inspire everything she does. Motherhood has shaped her views on protection, stability, integrity, and building a lasting legacy. She loves spending time with her girls, no matter how simple or exciting the activity or adventure may be. She also enjoys reading, writing, poetry, being in nature, and all things Harry Potter.
Today, Erica serves as the Fractional CFO & COO of Choice Label, supporting Nikki and Tyler with finances, systems, workflows, strategy, and navigating the decisions that come with growing the business. She values being someone they can come to for the whole picture, not just the financial piece.
